Can I choose my room mates?
Lodges will be allocated at check in. We cant guarantee who you will be staying with. Groups of 4 who wish to book an entire room can contact info@derbyfest.com.au.

- Group accomodation is for over 18’s only. No pets allowed.
- No smoking or drinking in group accomodation.
- Group accomodation is owned and operated by Runaway Bay Sports Super Centre not Derby Fest, Derby Fest accepts no liability or responsibility for group accommodation.
- Secure your belongings or take them with you Derby Fest accepts no responsibility or liability for lost, stolen or damaged belongings while staying in accommodation.

No. Group accommodation will only be available from the 20th-24th.
